First political link
Monday, February 1st, 2010I received this link again today - and each time I do I realllyyy want to share it with you - but I don’t. Why? Because I am told it is not expedient to attach myself to anything political as a “business person” …problem is, is that everything I do is a vote for something or another. And that is not just in my life, but in every person’s life - every choice we make, makes a statement whether we like to think it is does or not. So…I am going to take a deep breath, and hit “publish”. I will title blog postings with political links “political” -so if you want to bypass it you can do so more easily. I will still likely filter the political posts as I am still afraid (and receive many worthwgile links each day). I hope that you will continue to purchase yarn from me. I am a pacifist and an organic vegan…so I’m pretty harmless. My views may be radical but that is only because they are not the norm…they are the norm of generations gone by. I am a back-to-the-lander - walking as gently as possible on the Earth. I am someone that believes everyone can grow at least something to eat no matter where we live. And Iam someone who believes that even someone - as small as me - can make a difference. So here goes…
