This is the same DK silk used in many of the Pure Silk patterns by Debbie Bliss. The DK silk is great for quick knitting, tanks and camis.

Yes I know I’ve been quiet for a while but you know…stuff happens 
So today I spent time taking new photos of the Tonals - I hope they show off the yarn much better than before. It’s actually the way I first posted photos (too bad I couldn’t figure out how to find them on my computer!) but changed to full skein shots as per some requests. But I like the close-ups better … and since I’m the one taking the photos…I get to choose
For this week…in commemoration of the bright sunny weather…all yellow merino is 25% off. I know it’s not the most favorite colour…but I happen to love it! Especially Sunshine yellow:

I dyed and redyed natural indigo over fusticwood to get bluey green shading - it’s a bit darker green to my eye…but that could be just me :). Good news is that I have some skeins available for purchase for Yarn Club members. The knot so good news (notice the pun here ) is that I had the tension on too tight when reskeining so there is 1 or 3 knots in each skein since the yarn snapped under tension. The good news is that the yarn is just fine…the better news is that I will sell the skeins at $15 instead of $28….so they are basically half price! Crazy but you caught me in a very generous mood :) If you start a new ball at the knot you’ll know when to expect the end and not have to rip back. I was going to sell them at 10% off …but almost 50% off has a certain ring to it don’t you think…cheers!

Phew! I made it before the courier did (although he’s late due to vehicle problems which concerns me…a bit). I’ve been working virtually non-stop for days to get ready for shipping to Abbotsford. Usually I attend myself - and drive - so if I run out of time I just put everything in the van and sort it at the show. This time I won’t be there myself so everything was being shipped via courier. And some of the silk before being packed. It is exquisite!!! Not as much as I’d hoped in the mulberry silk …but it’s all reskeined and any skeins with more than 3 knots were held back so you can be assured great and troublefree skeins!
